Problemática

An existing old residential area that is facing demolishment in Shanghai. Students are required to read and evaluate the built environment and the real lives happened in that area and try to explore the problems and potential values and solutions and then put forward their ideas for future improvements.

Objetivos del proyecto

The main objective of this project is to rebuild the Huoshan community in a high raise building maintaining their community habits and sustainable behavior. Projecting in a co- design process is the main goal.

Their proposal is a co-maintance of the compound improving the quality of life through sustainable resources.
